It Would Have Been Easy To Have Packed Up and Moved To A Booming Culinary Town Such As Minneapolis or Chicago, But We Felt A Calling To Our Hometown. We Love Our Community and Want To See It Thrive. Great Food Can Happen Anywhere There Is the Drive and Passion To Do So. Great Food Also Isn’t Just for the People With Disposable Income, It Is All-Inclusive. Our Hamburgers Are the Best You Will Ever Eat, And, From the French Fries To the Lettuce, Everything Is Given Care and Respect. the Brass Kettle Started Because We Wanted Change.
